Spotlight on....Ryan Kelly (Senior IT Support Engineer)
Ryan joined us at the start of 2020 after working in similar roles for other IT service providers in the South West. Ryan has continually taken on more responsibility, has excelled at taking on new skills and has passed his Watchguard certifications. Since February, Ryan has moved into a more senior role within the team, and has been heavily involved in training our new starters. Ryan’s adaptability and calmness under pressure has made him a real asset on some of our large technical projects so far this year.
