We work closely with our clients to ascertain actual need and even once a contract is signed we carry out a 3 month review to ensure that the contract is fit for you, the client. This way the contract remains at the most suitable level for your business.
All our Business IT Support contracts are flexible and individually suited to you. They can include pay as you go or remote assistance, remote assistance with monitoring, or full support. You can take advantage of our managed services portfolio or choose to have a certain number of onsite visits per year. The choice is yours. We will identify a member of our team you can call to quick fix many day to day problems, helping you to maintain high uptime of your IT system and allow for fully productive business activity.
