The Challenge
Ocean Fire and Security as a small business needed to synchronise Email, contacts and calendars across multiple devices and locations. The current system meant much of the business communication was taking place via the telephone interfering with working hours. ocean-logoHaving access to data on the move was the greatest challenge in order to manage daily workloads effectively and communicate these to staff whilst reducing paperwork and allowing for electronic signatures from customers on delivery.
The Solution
The solution was in 2 parts with both parts working effectively together. Firstly Office 365 was introduced to the business allowing for remote access to all data required whilst on the move and achieving calendar sharing which was fully synchronised. The second part of the solution was the introduction of Barracuda Networks CudaSign which allowed for customers to sign off jobs with the technicians electronically with the signatures being uploaded to files in the cloud.
