    In February this year (2008) we contracted Labyrinth Computers to give us urgent help to upgrade our crumbling IT system and provide a reliable IT support service. They installed a new system within two weeks of our agreement, working at the weekend at no extra cost to reduce disruption to our business.

    They always go that ‘extra mile’ for you and provide a friendly and efficient service delivered by honest and knowledgable staff. We would highly recommend them to any company.

    We have had the support and guidance of Labyrinth Computers on all aspects of our IT since 2001. We would and do certainly recommend them as a company you can trust and rely on. Having phoned on several occasions in a state of panic it is good to know that someone is available to talk you through most simple problems and if necessary, accessing computers remotely, getting things back up and running.

    Labyrinth Computers have been our IT support Company since 2000, they have steered us through our IT development from a company with 3 workstations and a server to our current level of over 28 staff. At all times they have given accurate and cost effective solutions, supported our overseas offices in both the Republic of Ireland and the USA.
    Our network both internally and remotely is extremely stable, thus minimising losses to the Company for non prouctivity due to Computer down time.
    Being a freight forwarder we need total confidence in our IT support, knowing that should anything unforseen happen, we can rely on a Company for immediate solutions to the problem, Labyrinth Computers excel in this, being on hand in a “Just In Time” way to offer support and more importantly a “fix” with the minimum of disruption.

    I would have no hesitation in recommending Labyrinth Computers to any potential Company considering them as their IT Support Soultion.

    We have being using Labyrinth for a few years now and they have provided us with an excellent service throughout that time.

    We have recently grown from 12 to 28 staff and they have handled our added IT needs with professionalism, efficiency and a smile - which has been really appreciated.

    Labyrith have helped us set up an IT environment that works for us and they are still helping us to develop it as we go along providing us with professional advice and an efficient service.     I would recommend Labyrinth to anyone wishing to setup, install and support their IT systems that are after a professional, knowledgable and Value for Money support offering. We have found all their staff very friendly and willing to assist any problem to date.     Labyrinth have provided our IT support since 2006. At Christmas we upgraded our shared file system to a server . Labyrinth managed the transition to minimise disruption to our practice. Our IT system is now ‘hassle free’, unlike its predecessor, and we no longer waste hours trying to get the printer to work etc etc. Any problems are fixed by a phone call for remote support. Our support contract means we have the reassurance that our server is being looked after by professionals, leaving us free to run our business.

    Labyrinth Computers Ltd have supplied our IT support systems for the past 4 years.

    They soon made us realise the poor level of IT system, service & support we had been receiving previously.

    Labyrinth are always quick to notify us of new updates required for each individual systems and giving sound advice on technical improvements that will aid each individual IT systems. Our IT system has never been so protected, hassle free, efficient & up to date.

    The friendly. experienced & efficient staff are always available to speak to whatever your problem or question maybe either with remote support or with advice over the phone.

    We have been recommending Labyrinth Computers to many other companies or individuals considering a change to their IT Systems Support & Service, long may it continue.
